The loss of Ollie means someone had to step up. So bring on my favourite Irish leprechaun, Chris. Not much else I can say other than he had to give me the appraisal that Ollie was supposed to give me on the day he was sacked, which was pretty amusing as I laughed the whole way through it, bearing in mind he is only a wee nipper at 21, and when he started he was merely general staff like the rest of us paupers.
